Who are we?
RLH Construction is a family run company with over 10 years experience in the construction industry, although our teams experience go far beyond that. We are made up of a team that covers every aspect of a build, from providing architectural drawings, designing and fitting a new kitchen, right through to building extensions and converting garages and lofts into dream spaces.
What sort of projects do we take on?
We have a team that has every trade covered, meaning that whatever it is you're looking for, we can help. We are specialists in extensions, conversions, and renovations and offer a full project management service. We understand that it can feel overwhelming if you haven't been through the process before, so we offer architectural services, as well as arranging planning submissions and building control. Where are we based and what areas to we cover?
Our office is based in Clacton On Sea, and we offer our services to Tendring and the surrounding areas, including Colchester and Suffolk.
What is your process?
From point of contact, we will arrange a survey conducted by Ryan. We will then provide a quote, or arrange any services such as an architectural surveys depending on project requirements. Along with our quotes, we provide job specifications, time frames, and a contract that allows you to know exactly what you are agreeing to and what the project will entail. From start to finish, we are there to provide a high level service and will be there to answer any questions, provide advice and make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.
What does FENSA registered mean?
FENSA is a government authorised scheme that monitors the regulation compliance of replacement doors and windows. To be a FENSA approved installer, we are fully vetted, and regularly assessed. When we register your installation with FENSA, it is registered with your local authority and you will receive an Insurance Backed Guarantee, as well as a certificate which will be required if you ever sell your property.
What is the Federation of Master Builders?
To be a member of the Federation of Master Builders, we have to go through extensive checks and regular assessments. It is an organisation that can provide clients peace of mind, knowing that they are using a company that can be trusted to deliver a professional service.
